AWANA stands for Approved
Workmen Are Not Ashamed
and is taken from 2 Timothy
2:15: "Study to shew thyself
approved, a workmen that
needeth not to be ashamed,
rightly dividing the Word of
truth."

It is a club designed to build
Christian character through
learning Bible verses,
studying God's Word, and
cooperative game time. The
Awana program is at
Danieltown on Sunday nights
from 6-8pm and visitors are
encouraged to join in!
The club is split into two age
groups. The Sparks is for
grades Kindergarten
through Second and Truth &
Training is for Third grade
and up. Each child is
rewarded with patches,
jewels, seals, trophies,
plaques, and/or medals
according to their progress.
The incentives make
learning fun!
